After-sales service is reserved for furniture professionals only.

DELIVERY SERVICE
On receipt of your goods and before signing the delivery note, please check the conformity of the delivery: number and condition of the packages. If you have any doubts about the condition of the goods, please unpack them immediately and make written reservations on the delivery note. No claim related to transport will be accepted if the customer has not made written reservations on the delivery note and then confirmed the claim in writing, accompanied by photos, clearly stating the reasons for the claim. This claim must be sent by e-mail to “info@akante.com” no later than three working days after delivery. If the goods are too damaged, the buyer must refuse the parcel and contact customer service by email at the same address to arrange a new shipment of the order.

OTHER AFTER-SALES-CUSTOMER-SERVICE
All claims must be sent by e-mail to « sav@akante.com », accompanied by a photo describing the problem. No request will be processed without a photo or handwritten explanation. We remind you that parcels must be unpacked within 10 days of delivery and that no after-sales service will be accepted after these 10 days.

AKANTE PRODUCT WARRANTY
“The warranty obliges the seller to deliver a thing fit for the purpose for which it was intended” (French Civil Code, art. 1641 et seq.). AKANTE furniture is therefore guaranteed against all manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use.
