The Eolia coffee table is a grand classic in the Akante catalogue. It has a rotating synchronized mechanism allowing the two plates open out and tuck away in an effortless motion. The base is black lacquered stell, solid and heavy giving it stability. The arms are steel rings pivoting in a circular motion. The table exists in several different finishings. Black lacquered steel or bright polished stainless steel. The upper plate is clear glass, smoky grey or in four different Spanish-made ceramics glued upon 6mm of glass. The lower plate in tempered glass is 10mm thick. The accompanying photo shows the titanium ceramic finish - exclusive to Akante – glued upon 6mm of tempered glass.
