Upon receipt of goods and before signing the delivery note, please check quantity of goods received against the quantity ordered, as well as verifying the condition of the package. In case of doubt about the state of merchandise, open the package and write detailed comments on the delivery docket. Any dispute relating to transport will be admissible if the client has not noted problems on the delivery note, and then confirmed in writing with photographs of the merchandise stating clearly reasons for the claim. This claim must be addressed in an email to the address: “info@akante.com within three days of delivery. If the merchandise is too badly damaged, the client should refuse the delivery and contact customer service by email (same address) to organise a new delivery.


All complaints should be sent by email to the address: info@akante.com along with a photo and written description of the problem. Complaints can only be dealt with when a photo and written description is furnished. The client is reminded that the merchandise must be opened within ten days of delivery and that no claims will be processed if the package was not opened within ten days.
