HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ?
Only our authorized dealers may order Akante products. Orders should be placed via email to the following address: info@akante.com or by fax to the following number: 03 20 32 68 00 No telephone orders will be accepted.

WHAT SHOULD BE SPECIFIED WHEN ORDERING ?
When placing an order, specify the product code as well as the quantity required. If the order doesn’t exceed 550£ or 600 euro, please confirm your agreement to pay shipping costs (20 euro within France, 35£ for the UK, 30 euros for Ireland, 40 euros for Germany and Luxembourg).

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Yes. Within one week of placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation in which the precise delivery date of your order will be noted. For any questions and queries, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@akante.com or by phone: 03 20 90 34 18.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REGROUP SEVERAL ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED ?
Yes. Our sales team are always available to consolidate and regroup your orders for your convenience.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ?
Any cancellations of orders should be sent by email to info@akante.com
In order to better service your request, please ensure you have mentioned your Order number in the cancellation request. No cancellations can be accepted if the products have already been packaged and prepared for transport. Similarly no cancellations can be accepted if the order has already been expedited.

WHAT ARE YOUR CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT?
Payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
Most orders will be sent within two to three weeks. The manufacturing of certain products, however, may take longer. If this is the case, you will be informed in the « confirmation of order ».

HOW ARE ARTICLES SENT ?
All orders are sent by messenger on expandable palettes and film-wrapped.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN GOODS ARE DELIVERED ?
Upon delivery of the goods, we would ask that you immediately check that the number on the package corresponds to the number on the delivery docket. We also ask that you check that the packaging is not damaged. If in fact the packaging is damaged, you should refuse the delivery, noting “damaged packaging” on the delivery docket.

CAN I PICK UP THE MERCHANDISE MYSELF ?
Yes. You can collect your order in person from our depot near Lille. A 5% reduction will be made for orders collected in person.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST ?
Orders in excess of 600 euros or 550£ will delivered free of charge. (except for Northern parts of the UK)

WHAT IF I AM DISSATISFIED WITH MY ORDER ?
I for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@akante.com. All complaints should be accompanied by a photo of the product in question as well as a description of the problem. No claims can be treated without a photo and description. Please be reminded that all deliveries should be opened within ten days of delivery. No claims can be processed if the delivery was not opened within this timeframe.

ARE AKANTE PRODUCTS UNDER GUARANTEE?
Yes. Akante products are guaranteed if they are used for the purpose intended. They are also covered by a manufacturers guarantee.
